CeraVe Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30 is a non-greasy sunscreen and ultra-light moisturizer for the face. It is designed to provide hydration and leave the skin with a matte finish. Developed with dermatologists, this lotion contains 3 essential ceramides that work to repair and restore the skin's protective barrier.
This SPF 30 moisturizer can be used as the final step in a morning skincare routine. If using other products such as eye cream, moisturizer or facial serum, it is recommended to apply the CeraVe Ultra-Light Facial Moisturizing Lotion after these products have been fully absorbed.
The broad spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen in this lotion helps to protect the skin from UVA/UVB rays. Dermatologists advise the use of daily sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to reduce the risk of skin cancer caused by sun exposure.
Ceramides are naturally found in the skin and make up 50% of the lipids in the skin barrier. All CeraVe products, including this lotion, are formulated with three essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II) to help restore and maintain the skin's natural barrier.
This oil-free, fragrance-free, paraben-free, allergy-tested, and non-comedogenic sunscreen is recommended for daily use by the Skin Cancer Foundation.
